A neutral record
Surgrate publishes patient scores and practice replies. Ranking is not for sale. Doctors cannot delete or hide reviews. They can reply and they can flag a review they believe is fake. Only moderators remove content, and the decision is written to an audit log.
Your review
You are responsible for what you write. One review per account, doctor, and procedure. Edits keep the previous text. Do not post someone else's health data, threats, or advertising.
Not medical advice
Scores are opinions from people who say they were patients. They are not a recommendation to undergo a procedure and they are not a check of a licence, unless a profile is marked verified after a moderator review.
