Homepage, procedure, city, empty-state, and placeholder portraits on Surgrate are original SVG illustrations drawn for this project. They are not photographs. They do not depict a real doctor, patient, or clinic interior.

Licence: these illustrations are original works included in the Surgrate repository. You may reuse them only as part of running Surgrate. They are not stock photos and they are not taken from Unsplash, Pexels, or a clinic website.

Doctor and clinic profiles imported from public directories do not use the practices’ own photographs. A monogram stands in for a portrait until the doctor claims the profile and uploads one.

The same note is kept in CREDITS.md in the repository.
